India will experience a phenomenon in 2020 like never before; it will experience a ‘demographic dividend’ like no other country in the world wherein 65% of the population will be under the age of 35. This will give India a unique advantage of having the world’s youngest population.

However, the validity of the ‘demographic dividend’ will only stand true if the proposed new entrants to the workforce are well trained & skilled and are assisted with relevant job opportunities.

And the most critical & biggest contributors to manpower availability are the rural areas wherein lakhs of students either drop out of school or don’t study further. This makes them completely non-feasible for basic employment. Safeducate, as a part of its social impact vision, reaches out to the rural & urban school dropouts, and under-privileged youth to empower them earn a sustainable livelihood. It prepares them well for the entry-level positions in multiple sectors such as Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Logistics, Retail, Automotive and IT-ITeS through rigorous job oriented short-term residential & non-residential industry linked courses along with their overall personality development.
